On November 27, 2019, Professor Zhang Xiaohua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, led a delegation from the School of Biomedical Engineering to Shenyang and held a cooperation meeting with Neussoft Medical System Co., LTD. Mr. Jiang Genmiao, President and Chief Operating Officer of Neussoft Medical, Ms. Zhao Dazhe, Vice President of Neussoft Medical, Zhang Xiaohua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department, Liu Bo, Liu Rong, Yu Jun, Dean of the School of Medicine, and faculty representatives of the School of Medicine and the School of Optics attended the meeting and gave speeches. The two sides will adhere to problem-oriented and enterprise demand-oriented, integrate resource advantages, and carry out in-depth cooperation in personnel training, personnel exchange, scientific research innovation, platform construction, achievement transformation and other fields.

Firstly, Mr. Jiang Genmiao made a detailed introduction to the development process, enterprise planning, talent demand and other aspects of Neusoft Medical. Then, Secretary Zhang Xiaohua introduced the overall situation of the Department of Telecommunications of Dalian University of Technology and the general situation of the School of Medical Sciences. Dean Liu Bo introduced the development process and the basic situation of the school of Medical Sciences. Associate Professor Wang Hongkai introduced the main scientific research achievements in the direction of medical information technology and microsensor chips on behalf of the School of Medical Sciences. Vice President Liu Rong introduced the teaching situation of the School of Medicine and the plan for the cooperation of talents training between the two sides. Subsequently, the leaders and participants of the two sides had a heated discussion on the details of the joint training of talents and scientific research cooperation. In view of the specific implementation of cooperation and docking, Secretary Zhang Xiaohua pointed out that the College of Medical Sciences and Neussoft Medical have a good cooperative relationship and foundation. The two sides should further sort out the docking areas, formulate detailed and practicable action plans and plans, especially the need to form a regular exchange mechanism for the cultivation of talents for enterprises and the scientific research needs of enterprises.
