个人简介:
徐华帅,博士,助理研究员,
从事多中心多模态磁共振数据融合,主要包括:1)去除多中心数据融合过程中不可避免的中心效应,同时保留感兴趣的生理信号,提高神经科学研究的可靠性和可重复性;2)多模态磁共振数据融合研究,利用每种模态的优势,整合来自不同数据类型的信息可以对神经影像数据进行更准确和全面的分析,挖掘出更精确的中心效应以及其它信号效应模式。
研究方向:
1、多中心磁共振数据联合分析,包括中心效应的去处和信号效应保留
2、多模态磁共振数据融合分析
3、统计分析、深度学习模型
