I. Product and Technology Introduction:


The optical positioning technology based on image calibration is mainly composed of five parts: binocular vision positioning system, mechanical support, feature identification device, camera calibration template and software system. Its working principle is to use the camera calibration and three-dimensional reconstruction theory in the field of computer vision. This technique can accurately measure the geometric size of the object in the field of view, and the measurement mean square error can reach the level of millimeters. It has good real-time performance and robustness. At the same time, this technology has the advantage of non-contact measurement, which does not affect the normal work of the tested object, reduces manual intervention, and avoids wear caused by contact measurement.


Main functions of the software system:


- real-time preview by binocular camera;


- Simultaneous/separate image acquisition by binocular camera;


-- Individual/systematic calibration of binocular cameras, visual display and storage of calibration results;


-- 3D measurement of the geometric size of the measured object, and 3D object can be reconstructed;


-- Aiming at the visual dead Angle, the feature identification device can be used to collect the feature lattice and conduct the three-dimensional measurement of the measured object;


- Measurement accuracy analysis;


- Real-time help for software system operation.

Production conditions: the main equipment required: 2 or 3 cameras, mechanical support, feature identification equipment, camera calibration template.


Dedicated software systems for different measurement environments are required.
